At Two Roads, I view readiness for therapy as a continuum of willingness, trust, and commitment—never a single moment of being “fully ready.” With over a decade of experience as a therapist and Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant, I support individuals, parents, and families through an attachment-based lens. My goal is to help strengthen relationships, foster deeper bonds, and address how past experiences shape present life. Your presence here already marks meaningful progress. As a therapist, Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant, and ICP&P fellow, I draw on attachment, psychodynamic theory, and self-psychology. Using the therapeutic relationship and my authentic self, I help clients feel seen, deepen self-understanding, and strengthen connections that foster lasting growth in your life and those you love.
