Life can be challenging but suffering is not mandatory. I believe most of our trouble is based on loss. Loss of a loved one, our health and wellbeing, our confidence, a career or relationship. Whatever it is, all loss is painful and often difficult to move beyond. I am well equipped to help you heal and gain the skills necessary to build a life that is truly worth living. I provide a warm and accepting environment where you can relax and be yourself. I have spent my career training in the most effective evidenced based therapies including EMDR, ACT, and many others. I specialize in working with individuals who have undergone trauma and loss and those who struggle with anxiety. I am trained and experienced in very effective therapies that will help remove barriers to healing that may have been there for years. Once lifted, this clearer lens provides a feeling of control over life, confidence, and more available energy.
