I am committed to providing high quality mental health and substance abuse services to individuals, couples and DOT employees in safety sensitive positions. My goal is to provide clients with individual treatment needed to successfully learn how to cope with difficult life transitions and emotions. I provide therapy services for a range of issues including depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, relationship issues, job related stressors, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), panic disorder, gender identity, etc. I also conduct SAP assessments and follow up recommendations. I specialize in Employee Assistance Programs, SAP services, Emotional Well-being , Addiction & Recovery, Parenting, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Work & Career, Grief and Loss, Gender Issues, Divorce, Unplanned Life Events. In addition, I provide consulting/coaching services to management and professionals looking to optimize performance.
