Taking the first step to reach out to a therapist is not easy and we are here to help you navigate the process. We understand how scary it can be to trust someone to know all about us and our families. Some areas that we are especially passionate about are supporting those with addictions and their loved ones, people who have experienced trauma, those going through life transitions such as relationship changes, career changes and blended families. In addition to formal education & training, our therapists have provided intensive home based services, worked in schools, and both inpatient mental health and substance abuse settings. In addition to providing individual or couples therapy sessions we can also help advocate with and for you within schools and other settings as needed.
