I focus on assisting clients with unpacking emotional baggage from emotional, physical or sexual childhood trauma which has led toxic relationships or addictive behaviors. My ideal client is ready to make the changes to become his/her best self by doing the work necessary to unpack emotional baggage from his/her past that is weighing him/her down.
