As a clinician, I believe we all possess resilience. Clients who decide to work with me may be having difficulty navigating their spiritual journey, stress, past trauma and current trauma responses, ADHD, anger management, anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, and intimate/romantic relationships. Everything I do, I do with authenticity and thus clients must be open to being their authentic self, open to feedback and think beyond what is in front of you.
