restART studio empowers teens and young adults to navigate emotions, discover their potential, and heal through art. Many of our clients face challenges expressing their feelings or understanding their behaviors. Our art therapy programs create a safe space for exploring emotions, where creativity becomes a powerful tool for emotional release and growth. Art therapy helps communicate what words cannot, offering a unique way to express deep emotions and unspoken struggles. It's not about "perfect" art; it's about self-expression, healing, and finding hope. Through creativity, we transform pain into peace, one brushstroke at a time. In a supportive space, we guide clients on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. Sessions include art making (but no art experience is needed!). We offer 1:1 and group art therapy to teens and young adults, available in-person and online.
