I’m specialized in helping those whose lives have been touched by substance abuse—either their own or that of a family member—and worked in addiction treatment at every level of care prior to going into private practice. Many of my clients use therapy to better understand their relationship patterns and needs, self-advocate and set boundaries, address their “codependency” or tendency to be overly accommodating in relationships, and develop a more secure attachment style.
