I am a therapist specializing in ADHD, children, adolescents, teens and adults experiencing depression and anxiety. My interest also extends to working with college students who are navigating the complexities of transitioning into adulthood, providing them with the necessary support to build their self-esteem and achieve their dreams and goals. Helping women adapt to life changes, such as having a family, experiences postpartum depression or transitioning to the empty nest or addressing post-traumatic stress are also special areas of interests for me as a therapist and a social worker.
