Hello there! I am so happy you took the first step in reaching out to me. I would love to speak with you regarding your needs. A little about me, I am first and foremost here for you. You drive how we work together. I am a gentle therapist in the way that we work together. I do not feel making anyone cry is necessary and feeling safe is of utmost importance. We will work hard and you will know I am here to work with you in achieving your goals. I have years of experience working with individuals, couples and partners. I am also a Veteran and understand that lifestyle. I have worked with non-traditional families, taught parenting courses, worked in the schools, specialized for 9 years in terminal illness and end of life issues and much more in addition to in office therapy sessions. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the approach I base most of my work on with you.
