In our work together, we’ll uncover the unconscious patterns that may be holding you back, while also identifying and strengthening the inner resources that support growth and change. I aim to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can reflect, experiment, and deepen your understanding of who you are. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are curious about themselves and are seeking greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity in their lives.
