At times, life is hard. The life we always envisioned is not matching up to our reality. Life has thrown us a curve ball and we don't know what to do. Sometimes, we wake up with feelings of sadness, fear or anger, which could stick with us throughout the day. These feelings can sometimes affect us from completing our everyday tasks or even our relationships with others. The things we are trying are not working. We want things to change; but don’t know how or where to start. Therapy might be that the place to begin.
