Couples come to therapy when partners feel they have lost connection. My goal is to help couples rebuild their relationships. People must create a strong foundation of trust, respect and commitment. As couples feel more secure, they can express love at a deeper level. Couples who improve their communication skills work as team, as opposed to habitually fighting or ignoring each other. Individuals must prioritize their relationship to sustain it over time. Too often we drift away apart not even knowing it has happened. Being deliberate in our mutual pursuit of each other can create a celebration of life.
