My name is Richard Cooks. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Southern California. I provide a compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy. My practice focuses on anxiety, trauma, ADHD, healthy relationships, and problem-solving. I typically work with school-aged children as young as 4 to teens as old as 19. I aim to help with navigating all that comes with adolescence and transitioning into adulthood.
