Overwhelmed yet? Finding a therapist you can work with seems to be one of almost infinite choices. Earning my LCSW in 2005 provides you with the understanding I have a few years of experience. That experience has helped develop a non-judgemental, client centered approach in how I do therapy. My ideal client is easy for me to describe: wants help and is able to trust another person! Its that simple. Clients I have had the highest success rates with have been afflicted with anxiety and or depression. The key has seemed to be helping clients identify the source of your affliction and then reducing the emotional distress.
