Every customer has their own story, and they want to be respected, seen, listened to, heard, and approached in a Culturally sensitive and appropriate manner. I have worked with people from several different cultures and have traveled to several villages in Alaska where I helped the people in the villages to deal with a crisis or provided counseling in the village clinic. They want the information, support, and tools presented to them that are realistic to use in their Culture and living situation.
