My mission as a therapist is to create a space for clients to feel empowered and supported in addressing the challenges they face in life. I hold the belief that every person that walks through that door already has the internal resilience, skills, and knowledge on what they need, but may have trouble accessing this within themselves — and the therapeutic process can help clients to better develop, utilize, and refine those intrinsic abilities. I have worked with clients on a wide range of topics, including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, substance abuse, grief, and life transitions, and have worked with clients of all ages.
