I work regularly with clients living with anxiety and depression as well as those who have experienced trauma. My specialties include: mindfulness-based psychotherapy treatment for clients experiencing Functional Neurological Disorders (including Psychogenic Non-Epileptic Seizures); assisting young adults with the transition from adolescence to adulthood; gender-affirming therapy; trauma therapy; and working with elderly clients and their families adjusting to late life changes and new medical diagnoses. I also work regularly with clients experiencing depression and anxiety.
