I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with Acadiana Counseling Connection located in downtown Lafayette. I’ve been practicing since 2018 and have worked with people from all walks of life—helping them manage anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and big life changes. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. In fact, it can be one of the most empowering decisions you make for yourself. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to figure things out, we’ll work together to help you move forward. I’m very familiar with both emotional and behavioral concerns—especially when things feel complicated or layered.
