Their symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, shame, and self-loathing get in the way of the life they want to live. They worry I will judge them for how they are living their lives. However, they want to overcome their inner limitations, use of drugs, porn, "dating" apps, overachieving, and live a life with deeper connections, real freedom, and dignity.
