Like the cacti in my garden, personal growth thrives in the right environment. Just as a plant needs the right balance of light, nutrients, and a strong root system to flourish, individuals require care, empathy, and support to navigate life’s challenges. My journey—as a therapist and a cultivator of plants—has taught me that healing isn’t something we can impose on others. Instead, it’s a process of walking alongside them, creating space for self-discovery, resilience, and transformation. I can not do the growing for the client; rather, I work to encourage the individual to discover their own sovereignty in the present moment. I’m dedicated to supporting neurodivergent adults, especially those with Autism—whether it is individuals navigating their identity or couples bridging neurotype differences. I also specialize in numinous experiences, including psychedelic integration, spiritual awakenings, and near-death experiences, helping clients to integrate and find meaning in life.
