Nothing beats the thrill of hearing someone say that a therapy session has been an eye opener, or that they have grown since starting therapy. During my 17 years in the mental health profession, I have been privileged to assist individuals, couples, and families to mental, emotional and relational wholeness. I have worked extensively with clients on depression, grief, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, couples counseling, pre-marital counseling, and personal development and emotional issues including anger management, self-doubt, and low self esteem.
