Starting on our first session, we'll focus on clarifying your concerns and create your treatment goals. I can help sort out your priorities and help to identify any underlying issues that may be hindering your ability to live your best life through psychotherapy and, if necessary, psychological testing. My focus is individual counseling for issues such as anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, chronic pain, work issues, and interpersonal dynamics. My approach is to listen and understand while providing guidance and support using the tools of empathy, education, and humor.
