I work with adults who are looking to be healthier mentally and develop skills to manage emotional stresses and responses. I work with couples in non-traditional relationships, alternative lifestyles, along with LGBTQIA individuals. I am also open to different spiritualities and traditional religions. I have experience working with Asian Americans who are struggling with boundaries and communication with first generation family members. I provide a culturally sensitive therapeutic space that is non-judgmental.
