We all go through difficult times, struggle with relationships, get down or worry too much. I work with men, teens, parents and couples. I have over twenty years of helping people with depression, anxiety, ADHD and relationship issues. I have ADHD and have been working with teens and adults and find my experience helpful. I have education in treating anxiety with ACT and find it to be the most effective treatment for anxiety.
