Many of my clients come to me after experiencing constant judgement and shame from their world. This becomes internalized and they often feel stuck from negative self-talk, anxiety or low self-esteem. My clients are not looking for ways to improve a symptom, but are looking to get in touch with their strengths and utilize parts of themselves that were lost. My clients are looking for a calm, nurturing environment where they can explore these issues in a playful manner.
