Hi there, I'm Rita. Are you feeling overwhelmed and not able to complete daily tasks? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? find any time for yourself? I am here to help you manage anxiety, depression, and challenges that have created a feeling of "no way out". Together, we can identify the obstacles and get back on track to begin feeling balanced again. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness, motivational interviewing, holistic therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
