I have been in practice for 10 years. I am a trained Expressive Arts Therapist and Mental Health Counselor. My approach to therapy is collaborative and strength-based. I believe that you are the source of your own happiness and I am here to help facilitate that journey back to yourself. I am an artist at heart. I utilize art modalities such as movement, poetry, journaling, and sound. I am EMDR trained, this is a modality that is particularly helpful in reprocessing traumatic memories.
