Healing is a radical act of self-determination and resilience. Reaching out for therapy often means something inside you knows that old patterns, coping strategies, or ways of surviving no longer fit, even if you’re not sure what needs to change yet. Many of the people I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and others. You may be carrying trauma, attachment wounds, substance use concerns, or the weight of living within systems that have been punitive, neglectful, or unjust. You might be high-functioning on the outside while feeling exhausted, anxious, or fragmented on the inside.
