Now accepting new clients. In our work together we'll find coping strategies to reduce distressing feelings and find joy in your life. We will also take a closer look at repeating patterns and their origins to bring lasting changes to your life. Most clients I see in my practice experience some sort of dissatisfaction in their relationships. Whether it is a relationship with a romantic partner, their child or parent, there are always ways to make changes in order to bring more happiness, peace and connection to your life. If this resonates with you, don't hesitate to reach out. I offer individual, couples and family counseling. Clients often come to me to work on managing depression and anxiety. We explore family of origin issues, particularly growing up with emotionally immature parents. Many of my clients are cycle breakers, working on becoming better people, partners, parents. Hard work and this is where my passion lies.
