I work with clients to address a range of issues including anxiety and depression, problems at work or in relationships, stress and life transitions. I have a particular interest in serving clients who have experienced trauma as adults or in childhood. I primarily offer EMDR and emotion-focused therapy, but have advanced training in many approaches, including parts work and body-oriented therapy. I welcome clients who belong to historically marginalized groups and strive to create a space for clients to grapple with and make sense of their experience.
