I'm Chenitha Coleman! Your devoted therapist! Maybe you’ve done a lot for others and are just now realizing how much you’ve neglected your own needs. My ideal client is someone who’s ready to try to explore the “why” behind their emotional responses, the “how” is this showing up in my life, and the “what” can we do to bring change. As of 9/1/2025 I have a waitlist until Jan 1, 2026 currently not accepting new clients. I specialize in helping teens and adults who are moving through difficult life stages, struggling with trauma, setting boundaries, or trying to reconnect with themselves after years of feeling unheard. Many of my clients come to me dealing with anxiety, unresolved emotional pain, or relationship patterns they’re ready to break.
