Taking the step to reach out is hard, and working together, we can create a space where you can feel empowered to move forward. With humor, warmth, and cultural sensitivity, I strive to create a space where you feel seen and heard as we cultivate a journey that is unique to your needs. I specialize in women’s health (pregnancy, parenting, menopause etc.) which includes birth experiences and/or losses; the trials and tribulations of parenting; and the unexpected challenges of menopause. Partners and/or other family members are welcome to be included, if and when you are ready.
