I bring over fifteen years of experience in trauma-informed care, supporting individuals and groups who are navigating anxiety, depression, and stress related to chronic health concerns. I work with people from many backgrounds and have a special focus on women’s life experiences and the unique challenges that can arise throughout different stages of life. I believe healing happens best through a collaborative, client-centered relationship where you are respected as the expert of your own experience.
