Hi, I am Dr. Rivas, owner and clinical director of Rivas Psychotherapy. Our clients bring various challenges like emotional distress, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, and trauma. In a vulnerable state, they need a validating and empathetic space, requiring coping strategies and introspection into root causes. Skill development, including communication and emotional regulation, becomes a common goal in our work and a necessary strategy for people to heal and move forward.
