Welcome! Riverside provides a peaceful, empowering space for those suffering the difficult symptoms of PTSD and trauma-based life difficulties. Therapy works to gently resolve complicated pain, grief and isolation related to complex childhood trauma and life disrupting events. I have advanced training through The International Society of Trauma and Dissociation, a leading organization in research and development of trauma treatment, to provide excellent services addressing complex symptoms of trauma that complicate recovery.
