As a Christian therapist deeply rooted in the BIPOC community, I understand the unique challenges, stigmas, and systemic barriers many of us face when seeking mental health support. I offer individual and couples counseling with a special focus on supporting those navigating through challenging life transitions. Those transitions include divorce, grief and PTSD. My primary focus is on enhancing your understanding of how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors intersect, all within a supportive and compassionate environment. It is my aim and intention to assist clients with creating a path towards healing and abundance.
