I believe the best work is what can be done together, by starting with my client's goals and helping them unlock their own happiness and success. I am a New York State licensed clinical social worker who specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy with extensive training in psychotherapy. I work with teens, adults, families and couples, treating issues including anxiety, depression, loss and addiction. In addition to a social work degree from New York University, I also trained at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in its Family and Couples Treatment therapy program. Anxiety, Depression, Learning Disabilities, Trauma, Family Issues, Phase of Life Issues, Relationships and Interpersonal Problems, Men's Issues, Teen Issues, School and Work Performance.
