How will I ever get over this? What seems to be the matter with me? What’s wrong with me? Sometimes we find ourselves asking these questions in the lonely, but loud parts of our mind. Life can be painful, especially when we feel alone, less than, and can’t identify our motivations, pursuits, and dreams. I would like to encourage you along your path of finding connection with others and yourself through meaningful explorations of what it is you desire. Through this we might be able to provide some understanding, relief, and upward striving towards your life goals. Since there is no one else that has experienced your life, we would use an approach tailored uniquely for you. The counseling process will be us working together to achieve your goals. My role is to be there to encourage, listen, and support you as you strive towards those goals. You want to lead your ideal life, and you can!
