I am an artist, activist, partner, friend, son, brother, and psychotherapist. The latter I do for a living but I am equally passionate about all of my roles in life. I bring who I am into the room. A former filmmaker, director, writer, and performer, I am passionate in my belief in the power of creativity and creative expression as a primary pillar of good mental health, among many other factors. My definition of "creativity" is broad. It can range from writing to singing to cooking to gardening and beyond.
