My ideal client is an adult who looks “fine” on the outside but feels overwhelmed, reactive, shut down, or stuck. They may be navigating ADHD, trauma/PTSD symptoms, anxiety, anger, relationship strain, burnout, or shame. They want practical tools and real change -not just talking- so they can feel calmer, more focused, sleep better, communicate clearly, and stop repeating old patterns. They’re ready to understand what’s driving things and do the work to heal and grow.
