As a psychologist and personal coach, I view my work as a collaborative process where I join my client in defining and moving toward his or her goals and individual journey. At the heart of a strong therapeutic alliance are real trust, non-judgment and the balance of support and challenge. My own 20-year journey in practice has enabled me to more fully understand each of these important attributes. I believe that my role isn't to have the right answers, but is about having the right questions. My work remains one of the passions in my life.
