I specialize in helping teens and adults detach from impulsive electronic use, including video games, social media, online gambling, pornography addiction, and the unique mental health challenges of being a social influencer. Electronic addictions are often a result of deeper struggles such as depression, anxiety, identity, social concerns, trauma, and other obstacles in your daily life, which will also be explored and addressed during our time together. I am a licensed clinical psychologist who has spent his career helping those with co-occurring addictive disorders, accruing clinical training opportunities at UCSD, the Veterans Administration hospital system, and community mental health systems. I use proven treatments for addiction tailored to the unique needs of those struggling with electronics.
