I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My areas of practice include individuals ranging from ages 5-65, couples, and families. My approach to therapy is typically more person-centered while integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-based approaches as needed. My approach to therapy is taking time to get to know each client and meeting them at their current point in life. By taking time to learn about each client and building trust, we can then work together and use different techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused, and dialectical-based therapy to treat the whole client.
