My clients are primarily adolescent and adult males seeking treatment for stress, anxiety, depression and other issues. That said I welcome anyone fourteen and older who needs to talk. I work couples, families, athletes and individuals struggling with anger management, adjustment disorders and behavioral issues. I am certified in Trauma informed care and can help people process trauma and those with PTSD. A standard session is 45 minutes, but they can be extended to 55 minutes if necessary. I try to create a relaxed environment where clients feel they can open up and be themselves.
