I approach counseling from a person-centered and cognitive behavioral perspective. There are times in life when everything seems to be going well and there are times when we may face challenges or encounter adversity. As a counselor, I believe in supporting the whole person in a safe and judgment free environment as we examine not only the challenges, but the beliefs and cognitions surrounding those challenges. I believe in getting to know you in order to understand your perceptions and the expertise you have within you regarding your own life and experiences.
