As a therapist for over twenty-five years, I've learned that people are often unaware of how their current issues are connected to experiences and feelings encountered earlier in their lives. I work with patients to help them identify and explore repeating patterns in their lives and how these patterns can be evaluated and changed to improve personal and professional outcomes. My patients have found that therapy is a valuable experience and together we make the process productive and fulfilling.
