Entering into therapy can be a difficult decision. My goal is to help make that transition easier by focusing on my client's strengths and abilities and encouraging a path of self-growth. I use a collaborative style, making the individual an active participant in the process. We will work to define the most serious problems, set realistic expectations, and focus on symptom reduction.
