Clients who benefit from our work together often come to therapy because they feel stuck, either due to a life circumstance, or an unhelpful learned behavior. I strive to make our relationship and our sessions together both warm and welcoming, and a place of safety from the daily emotional overwhelm we all sometimes feel. I've been helping clients make positive changes for over 25 years. I have a master's degree from Loyola University Chicago, and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.
