I have over 30 years of experience working with individuals and couples facing life transitions, work challenges, relationship issues, loss/grief, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression and periods of stress or uncertainty. I am an attentive listener who provides non-judgmental support, honest feedback and compassionate guidance. I bring a gentle sense of humor that can help create connection and perspective. My approach is open-minded, collaborative and holistic. Drawing from experience, and a range of therapeutic methods, I provide guidance tailored to each client's specific needs. I believe that while change can be difficult, with time and hard work everyone is capable of growth and meaningful transformation.
